Clint R. Curl

Clint is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in civil engineering. He is married with two children. He has more than 20 years combined operations and engineering design experience in the water and wastewater business with 10 of those in the consulting engineering field. He holds licenses for water and wastewater treatment operations in the state of Georgia. Clint received his Executive Masters of Business (EMBA) at Kennesaw State University and May 2009. Clint covers the north part of Georgia, including engineers and owners in the Atlanta area as well as eastern Tennessee.

Holman has been a manufacturers representative since 1996. Holman is a graduate of the Virginia military Institute. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Land Surveyor and several southern states and has over 24 years experience as a consulting engineer. He is originally from Georgia, as is his wife. They have two (2) children and (3) grandchildren. Holman covers the majority of the state of Alabama and major consultants/owners in the Atlanta area.

Rick Calmes

Capital Sales: GA, AL, FL Panhandle

Rick hold a BS degree from University of Buffalo and chemical engineering. He has worked in the energy and the wastewater industry for 20 years. Rick has worked with a leading ozone UV manufacturer in Charlotte, NC as an applications and regional sales manager for 9 years. He has also worked as a manufacturer sales rep in AZ and NY for 11 years. He is married and has three (3) children. Rick covers the territories of southern Georgia, southern Alabama, and the panhandle of Florida.

Andrew H. Waters

Capital & Aftermarket Sales: GA, TN

Andrew holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University and is married with three children. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Georgia and brings 11 years of experience as a consulting engineer in the water/wastewater industry. Andrew serves as an engineered and aftermarket sales representative for the state of Georgia and Chattanooga, TN.

Corey Hagemann

Aftermarket Sales: GA, AL, FL Panhandle

Corey has been in the municipal water and wastewater industry since 2006. Prior to joining TDH, Corey worked as an aftermarket outside sales representative for Flygt in their Atlanta branch.
Corey also holds dual Class 1 Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators licenses in the state of Georgia.
Through The OPS Group, Corey serves as client level sales representative for GA, AL, Eastern TN and the FL panhandle. Corey is a Georgia native married and has two (2) children.

Alison joined TDH in 2008. She provides administrative support within inside and outside sales. Alison also handles marketing, advertising, bid preparation support and assists in all area of conference scheduling.

Kristy L. Vaughn

Office Manager

Kristy rejoined TDH following Kevin Smith's retirement in December of 2023. She previously worked for TDH in the early 2000s as our administrative support. She oversees our office, handles accounts payables/receivables, and provides contract administration. She is married with six (6) kids. When she's not at work, her life is full with supporting her husband's business and his music, booster clubs, wrestling, volleyball, and soccer.
